I have been seeing Dr. Thomas for a number of years, in fact, since he first went into practice. He unerringly gave me a comprehensive overview of my eye health and helpful information on how I can do self care for my eye health. I find that this practice always has the latest technology for testing and I feel very secure in the service I receive there. Additionally, I want to also provide Kudos to staff. I have always received friendly, warm care and support at the front desk and would mention in particular Cathy who has been with this office for a number of years. She always makes me feel seen, heard and welcome. I have more recently had the pleasure of dealing with Sonja. What a delight! She is warm and bubbly while always maintaining professionalism and is so very knowledgeable providing every detail of care and forethought. Thank you to this whole practice! We drive all the way across the city to maintain our relationship with this group and this Team! It is worth is and I would highly recommend them to you without hesitation!

Best customer service ever

I've always had great experience at Crowfoot Vision Center. The staff is always friendly, professional, and take the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. The exams are thorough, and I always feel like they genuinely care about getting my prescription right. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming, and the process from check-in to checkout is smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend Crowfoot Vision Center to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service. They definitely go above and beyond! After reading some of the reviews, it’s clear that some people simply like to complain when they don’t get their way....Let's be honest here, it's not their fault you waited until the last minute before your trip to get contacts. I receive excellent care and customer service here and would absolutely recommend Crowfoot Vision

Dr. Thomas was absolutely amazing with all three of my kids — especially my 16-year-old son who is on the autism spectrum, and my two little girls under 5. He was so kind, patient, and gentle, making each of them feel comfortable and safe. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands how to work with children of all needs and temperaments. I’m so grateful we’ve finally found an eye doctor we can trust for the long run!

Dr. Thomas is incredible. I have had many issues with my vision as of late, and Dr. Thomas and his staff have been extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. Many cases he's able to see me the same day. He is very patient and listens to all of my concerns with care. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience.

The optometrist, I forget his name, is very kind and understanding. I am farsighted and got my contact lenses here. Before I got my contacts, I had to go in with another employee and learn how to put them in. I did struggle a bit, but this other employee’s sense of humour made it worth it. This place is very friendly, welcoming and good at what they do.

Dr.Thomas is excellent. Also, was totally impressed that 2 weeks ago I came in right before close and was looking at glasses. I found a pair but said I would come back and look at more. The employee asked my name and said he will put them aside. Came back 2 weeks later and that employee remembered my name and said he would get the glasses to look at again. That is excellent customer service.

My family has been seeing Dr. Thomas for many years. Very pleasant and professional. Also, we purchased two pairs of glasses from them in the past with good experience . The frames are on the higher end but lots of choices, they assisted us with finding a pair within the budget. One pair under warranty was repaired without issues. Overall, would definitely recommend.

I had my Scleral lenses from this clinic. Process of trialing and ordering scleral lenses was bit lengthy and frustrating; however, DR. STEPHEN REINSEL was so patience and consistent with follow up. He is an awesome doctor. He even came to see me on my scheduled appointment on his day off (vacation). He ensured that I get the right fit scleral lenses. We did have a few hiccups in the process; but whole team was very supportive. CATHY (Manager) was also so prompt in follow up and response. I am really thankful to whole team ,especially DR. STEPHEN REINSEL and Cathy(Manager) for all their continuous efforts ensuring I get the right scleral lenses.

I have been a patient of this practice for many years. I have a very complex prescription to the point where some places have been unable to treat me; crowfoot vision does an excellent job! The docs there have seen me with several eye emergencies and have always helped me promptly and professionally. It is better to go to your optometrist with an eye issue than your doc as they are in a better position to examine you. I get both glasses and contacts and even with my very complex requirements I am often shocked about how fast they get them in. Highly recommend
